Bill has a unique perspective having served as the Alaska Commissioner of Health and Social Services. He is currently Dean of the College of Health at the University of Alaska Anchorage and also serves on the board of directors of the Mat-Su Health Foundation and the Mat-Su Regional Medical Center.
